Friday Photo #2: A Face

The photographer: Jemyca Juliusson

Camera: Nikon D3100 SLR film

Why: The way i thought of this photo was to be creative and not just take a picture of a face. The fruit resembles the facial structures...(i.e. apple: right eye, orange: left eye, and the banana: mouth.) It is taken in our school in our cafeteria. The picture is brightened, and has been photoshopped.

Tiltshift Photography

The photoshop experience for Tiltshift seems complex but is actually quite simple once you get the hang of it. It just seems like you are doing the same thing over and over again. Tiltshift and photoshop make your photos look unrealistic, even though you took the photograph with a camera. The process is simple...you take the picture, choose where you want the image to be blurry, change up the colours and presto! You have got yourself a Tiltshift image.

Friday Photo #1: Black and White Image

“Face in the trees ”

Photographer: Unkown

Camera: Unknown

Why: I have seen this picture before, it is art. I chose this picture because it stands out to me. It stands out to me because of the eyes, it really draws you in and has a purpose. The face in the trees is a beautiful way to see ourselves in the mirror without a mirror present, and to see that there is always someone watching you without you noticing.
